Browse through our online cataloque and choose a few invitations. Order samples of these invitations. We will send these samples in the post within 24 working hours.
Once you have recieved the samples and made your selection. Place the order on our website, either enter your text in the Editor Box provided or you can upload an MS Word file by clicking on the ‘Choose file’ button below the Editor Box. You can download and edit MS Word file examples by clicking here
You do not need to create the layout exactly. We will do that. Our designers will create the layout, change the fonts, colours or add any graphics requested to ensure that everything fits within the template of the chosen card. Please ensure that you have checked all the spellings, dates and numbers and that they are correct. You will then receive a PDF layout proof of the invitation from us for you to peruse and approve.
We will despatch your cards within 3-4 days after your approval
Typically we need 5 working days to complete your order. However as with any business, if there are disruptions to our supply chain or other issues, we will update you accordingly.
We do have a customer showroom. You are welcome to visit us in person. Appointments are not necessary. However, please bear in mind, we are essentially an online business.
We use guaranteed next day couriers to deliver your stationery. It is ‘signed for’ so someone will need to be at the address to recieve and sign for the shipment.
When you place the order on our website, you will also get the option for ‘Store Pickup’ If you are local t our store in Birmingham or able to collect from us. You can select this option and there is no shipping charge applied.
Most of the invitations will not come assembled. They will require some self assembly on your part, such as removing double sided tape and attaching a diamante, or tying a ribbon.
Not all cards. Some invitations can be customised to match your colour scheme/theme. Please contact us and email the designs you have in mind and we can quote you.
Ideally you should make a list of guests attending and how many will be coming with each invitation. For example some invitations will be for families and some for individuals.
We suggest you order about 15% more than you need.
We suggest that you order at least 15% more invitations than you need, to cover for mistakes in writing and guests you may missed when drafting up the guest list or to cover for guest who will not be able to attend.
If you have to re-order invitations, they will be more expensive as they will be treated as a new order. The minimum order is 20 invitations
